Halva truffles

Ingredients

  • 200 gr. of Macedonian Halva vanilla flavor (in small pieces)
  • 200 gr of Macedonian Tahini
  • 1 ½ cup of chopped walnuts
  • 150 gr. of cracked biscuits
  • 30 gr. of plums without stones
  • 350 gr. of dark chocolate

Preparation

 

Put into the mixer bowl the following ingredients: tahini, biscuits and walnuts as well as 50 gr. of the melted dark chocolate.

Mix, add the halva and knead it until you have workable dough. If it is thin, add some more biscuits. Make 60 small balls. Divide the plums in halves and add one half to each ball. Dip the truffles in dark chocolate and let them cool down.
